Mixxx Not Output Device

The MIDI device name for the Numark Total Control is 'TotalTrack Control MIDI 1'. Mixxx does remove a starting 'to' from output devices names and a starting 'from' from input device names. This results in the output device name 'talTrack Control MIDI 1' doesn't match the input device name 'TotalTrack Control MIDI 1' therefore Mixxx detects the Numark Total Control as a input-only MIDI device. I have been trying to use mixxx the last weeks, but I receive always this message: No output devices: Mixxx was configured without any output sound devices. Audio processing will be disabled without a configured output device.-Continue without any outputs.-Reconfigure Mixxx's sound device settings.-Exit Mixxx. I've been working on making the headphone routing more usable. What's in Mixxx 1.4.2 is not working as intended. In the latest version of Mixxx available from CVS it behaves as follows: When pressing the headphone button on a channel, that channel routes to the headphone without changing anything in the master output.

Hi! I have been trying to use mixxx the last weeks, but I receive always this message:
No output devices:
Mixxx was configured without any output sound devices. Audio processing will be disabled without a configured output device.
-Continue without any outputs.
-Reconfigure Mixxx's sound device settings.
-Exit Mixxx.
MixxxWhen I try to reconfigure, I see the preferences/sound hardware/sound API, I don't see what i used to see. If I remember well, there I could choose pulseaudio, jack, and OSS. Now the options are 'None' or 'OSS' but none of them are working.
I am using Mixxx 2.1.0 (build 2.1 r6681), recently downloaded, but this problem started with the version before that one. I updated to see if that would solve the problem.
I am working with Linux mint 18 Cinnamon 64-bit
cinnamon version 3.0.7.

And using the usb audio interface Steinberg UR22 mkII, but also tried without this, using my computer soundcard, like turning computer off. disconecting the UR22mkII and then turning computer on, but it's still not working. I have also tried to change things in the sounds settings of 'Audio' and with 'Pulseaudio Volume Control', but nothing is working.
Does anyone has an idea what is the problem??

Maybe is something wrong with my sound software, because I had a similar problem with Audacity some weeks ago, but then I solved it installing from a PPA (http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=99498)
